Save time by downloading and reviewing the Home Inspection Agreement before your Inspection.  It is important that you read and understand the Agreement.  Please don’t hesitate to call Tom Cobb in advance with any questions you may have.  While the Agreement is 5 pages in total, if you do not have a Pool or Spa, those will not pertain to your Inspection.

Tom will go over this Agreement while on site with you and make sure that any last minute questions are answered. 

The Home Inspection Agreement is required in order to perform any Inspection. It can be signed/dated and faxed to 1st Choice Services at (817) 607-3767 or scanned and emailed to tomcobb@1stchoiceservicesllc.com at any time.
